Refunds
If you encounter any issues with your order or if you're dissatisfied, please reach out to us at hello@greekmamasbakery.com. We consider refund requests for online purchases in the following cases:
- The goods are damaged.
- The goods differ from their description.
Please provide a photo and details of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Note that due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Our team will review each case individually and strive to offer a full refund or replacement, provided we are notified within the specified timeframe.
We cannot issue refunds for:
- Deliveries to incorrect addresses (if provided as such in your order).
- Unavailability of recipient, or failure to follow product care instructions.
- Situations beyond our control (bad weather, strikes, vehicle malfunctions, etc.) affecting delivery.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to it, please contact your bank or payment provider. Refunds may take up to 10 business days.
Cancellations
Our products are made to order. To cancel, email us at hello@greekmamasbakery.com before the following deadlines:
- Store Pickup: Minimum 24 hours before scheduled pickup.
- Home Delivery: Minimum 48 hours before scheduled delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders canceled after these deadlines. Larger or catering orders are subject to case-by-case review.
Note: Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, food items typically can't be canceled. However, we accommodate cancellations without charge if done before the above deadlines.
Amendments
To amend your order, contact us at hello@greekmamasbakery.com. Amendment deadlines are the same as for cancellations. For orders via our suppliers or larger orders, please get in touch directly.
